In a seamless dual-branded fashion, W Philadelphia and Element Philadelphia Hotel, are housed under one roof in a brand new towering building on 15th and Chestnut Streets in Center City. The 51-story, 773,500 square foot project offers hotel guests panoramic city views, 25,000 sq. ft.meeting space, banquet facilities, food and beverage venues, prime retail space, and parking for 171 cars. Although both hotels are managed by Marriott International and share the same property, they have separate lobby entrances on Chestnut Street and distinctive features.

Guests can kick back and indulge themselves in lavishness in the 295-room W Philadelphia which has a W living room with full bar, a VIP room, and a restaurant with 150 seats. Plus, it includes a spa, gym, meeting and event space, and an outdoor terrace with a pool and destination bar.

The 460-room Element Philadelphia is an extended stay hotel which has it own set of unique features that help to offer guests a pleasurable stay. One of those unique features is their complimentary bikes to borrow program. The Element Philadelphia also includes a breakfast and lounge area, fitness center, and boardrooms.

PIDC assisted in funding this high profile project through a RACP grant which supported the acquisition, demolition, improvements, and redevelopment of the vacant lots and structures which make up the location as it stands today.
