Happy Hour Arts & Culture Night at the Oval

The Oval is back and Thursday, July 30 from 6-8pm the annual GroundSwell Happy Hour to one of our favorite spots in the city! Thursday nights at The Oval are all about arts & culture! On July 30 the Mural Arts Program will offer fun art activities and starting at 7pm there will be live music on center stage! For the second year in a row they are once again celebrating another advocacy win for the Philadelphia Cultural Fund.
