PIDC has moved up, literally, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’ve packed up and moved to a not-so-distant location within our same Centre Square building on 1500 Market Street. We are now in new office space on the 35th floor with a revamped look. Our new space has been designed to help PIDC be more efficient and effective at achieving our mission — driving growth to every corner of Philadelphia.


We’re incredibly proud that our project team was filled with Philadelphia-based businesses, with a focus on woman and minority-owned businesses and our very own clients, to help create the new office space. Here are some of the businesses that had a hand in the creation of our new home:

COFCO

Find us at our new location at 1500 Market Street, Suite 3500 West, Philadelphia, PA 19102. Again, this is the same building as before, but simply on a different floor. We hope to see you at our new office soon!
