NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT

Sold a 9.6 acre site in West Parkside & provided one of the largest New Markets Tax Credit allocations in PIDC’s history to SUPRA EMSCO’s transformative development

DEVELOPERS OF COLOR

Invested $27M in projects led by developers of color supporting over $115M of investment since the beginning of 2020 (Mosaic Development, Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation, Smith & Roller, The Williams Group, and more)
