Qualified contractors are needed for PHDC’s Home Improvement Programs and Restore Repair Renew program which use small contractors to make home repairs for Philadelphia residents. Home Improvement Programs
PHDC’s Home Improvement Programs use small contractors to make home repairs for Philadelphia residents. All contractors must meet PHDC’s requirements. PHDC’s home repair and improvement work includes plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing, accessibility and more.
Restore Repair Renew (RRR)
Restore Repair Renew (RRR) Philadelphia Neighborhood Home Preservation Program is a new program sponsored by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, and implemented by the non-profits Philadelphia Health Management Corporation, Clarifi, and Philadelphia Council for Community Advancement, to provide affordable home repair loans to eligible Philadelphia homeowners. This new loan program is looking for qualified contractors for the homeowners to hire.
