In the last five years PIDC has been significantly expanding our business lending. Since 2013, PIDC has made over 340 loans for $103M to growing business located in 96% of the city’s zip codes. More than half of those loans are to minority and women-owned businesses. In order to continue to expand our work with small businesses in every corner of Philadelphia, PIDC has recently enhanced our business lending team.
