What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I transform PIDC’s marketing materials and print collateral into more visually appealing messaging so that it is easily understandable and more accessible to the public.

There’s always something to do and you can find inspiration everywhere. It’s a city that is culturally diverse and filled with a ton of learning experiences.

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I love to eat anywhere in Chinatown. Depending on the day or season, you can find me hanging out at a new brunch joint, tasting new brews at the local pub, dancing at a small concert venue, riding on the bike trail in Fairmount park, playing volleyball with Stonewall or the Lady Suns, or screening films for the Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival.

I plan to make sure our message gets to every corner of Philadelphia clearly through our marketing materials, newsletters, web content, and social media.

It offers plenty of opportunities for professionals with the growing job market.  Plus, the city is crawling with a variety of attractions, events, and more! You’ll never run out of things to do, places to go, and people to see.

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I love Center City as a whole.  The fast-paced momentum, towering buildings, countless businesses, and bustling atmosphere completely mesmerizes me. I just love the big city feel that Philadelphia offers.

I will assist in closing the loans.

You have everything you need at your fingertips — great food, entertainment, culture, art and diversity. Philadelphia is also perfectly located with just a short drive to the beach or the mountains.

I tend to frequent the Front St. Café located in the Fishtown section of the city.

What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I work to support our clients post loan closing and provide the lending teams and management teams with information on the financial strength of our clients, the health of our small business lending portfolio, and the impact of our small business lending.

Philadelphia is a great place to study, work, and play because:

The people in Philadelphia are down-to-earth and friendly. The parks and trails make it easy to take a break from the city grind. However, all of the amazing shops, restaurants, and culture make me never want to leave.

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

My go-to spots are Middle Child, Nomad Pizza, and Cheu Noodle bar.  All serve simply amazing food in a warm, friendly, and casual atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more.

As part of the Conduit Finance team, I interact with clients across a broad range of programs. We manage funds that are used to finance projects that promote growth throughout Philadelphia.

Philadelphia has it all! There is always something new to explore. It has been great to watch the City evolve in such positive ways.

Philadelphia has too many great options! My current go-to spot is the Palizzi Social Club.

What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I manage the PIDC industrial land and city surplus portfolio to attract and retain businesses and land uses that bring neighborhood cohesion, job growth, and sustainability.

It’s such a diverse city filled with people of different backgrounds, experiences, cultures and stories that you get to learn when you’re brought together in a working environment. For play, Philadelphia has diverse art exhibits, murals, music concerts, festivals, dance, national and local theater, culinary and cultural celebrations, and beyond. #Savethearts

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

Favorite place to eat at the moment is Bar Bombón — Vegan food with Puerto Rican roots. The food is amazing! There’s something very Philadelphia about eating outside and trying to hold a conversation amongst the beeping car horns of Center City traffic. Plus, I like to jog or hike Forbidden Drive along the tranquil Wissahickon Creek. It’s my peace in a busy city!

What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

My main role with PIDC is to obtain credit approval for business which are seeking to grow or undertake certain projects in our wonderful city. Part of the underwriting process involves identifying the wider community benefits which would be derived from PIDC’s input, such as increased employment or revitalization of an underserved area.

Philadelphia is a great place to study, work, and play because:

In my short time with PIDC, I have recognized that it’s the people that work there that make it a great place to work! Everyone has been super welcoming and make it a pleasure to walk in the door every day!

Favorite spot to eat and/or hangout in Philadelphia:

I love V Street! It’s a vegan restaurant on 19th and Chestnut. It has a relaxed vibe with great small plates and drinks!

What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I will support the growth of the Navy Yard as a world-class destination for the next generation of jobs by attracting commercial tenants, managing PIDC’s real estate portfolio, and supporting the development of the Navy Yard as a mixed-use district.

Philadelphia is a great place to study, work, and play because:

Philadelphia has beautiful public and green spaces, walkability, increasing bikeability, and neighborhood restaurants.
