Executive Assistant to the EVP and Chief Operating Officer


What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

Although relatively new at PIDC, I’ve been trying to lend a helping hand wherever needed.  I feel that by working together, we are all working towards that common goal of driving growth to every corner of Philadelphia in whatever way possible.

TITLE:
Accounting Administrator


What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

My role will be ensuring that the accounting team runs smoothly by keeping records in order and ensuring that our deadlines are met for reporting.

The rich history that exists here, the thriving arts culture, our well-studied dialect (most studied in the nation), and a spirit of just doing what needs to be done.

Your message to the business community during this unprecedented time:

Making sure your workers are taken care of is the most important way we can show our allegiance to the health of the city.


Kelsey Edelen

HOMETOWN:
Austin, TX

DEPARTMENT:
Navy Yard

TITLE:
Project Manager


What role will you play in helping PIDC drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia?:

I will oversee real estate development and other capital projects that will continue to grow the Navy Yard as a great place to work, play (and, soon, live) in the city of Philadelphia. These projects, from construction through operations, will create quality jobs for diverse workers across a range of industries.

Philadelphia has a sometimes understated sense of energy and possibility, that contributes to an exciting environment for growth. There’s a new opportunity around every corner, but it’s just as easy to feel right at home. Philadelphia pride is a pride that invites you in and feels authentically welcoming.
